I am reaching out today to wish you, your colleagues, families and friends health and perseverance as we all manage through this COVID-19 pandemic. As we have heard from our global leaders and the media, we have to do what we can to protect each other in this time of crisis. As such, we think it’s important to proactively share Patriot One’s business continuity plan.
Our team at Patriot One is working both in our office labs and remotely during this pandemic. Those working in the labs are primarily our engineering and development team members. These staff are working, using social distancing efforts and staggered shifts, to assist existing and new clients with their PATSCAN deployment and installs, as well as to further advance our Platform sensor and software solutions. Those staff who are not part of our engineering and development teams or otherwise need access to specialized equipment, are now working from home. This split work effort is designed to minimize the number of staff in our office labs to ensure the health and safety of our entire team, their families, and communities, all while maintaining business continuity and growth.
Our team is set up exceptionally well to work and collaborate both in our labs and remotely. We continue to have secure access to the tools required to perform our client deployments and support, and the PATSCAN Platform development. This is critical work that needs to be done as we continue our product rollout and our ongoing drive to continually advance our Platform’s performance. Most importantly, we are fully committed to meeting our commitments to our reseller partners and their end clients who have or are in the process of deploying our PATSCAN Platform. We are conscious that you are all dealing with the consequences of travel bans, lockdowns and other disruption. Rest assured you can continue to depend on us.
Patriot One is well-positioned to work through this Covid19 disruption. We have a very strong balance sheet and no debt service obligations. In addition, our team has and will be focused on cost control to help mitigate any impact from this pandemic. Please know we will continue to follow current developments of this crisis and will communicate any material developments for the business.
