Patriot One Commences Trading on TSX Venture and Launches NForce Concealed Weapons Detection System

TORONTO, ON–(Nov 14, 2016) – Patriot One Technologies Inc., (TSX VENTURE: PAT) (OTC PINK: PTOTF) (FRA: OPL) (“Patriot One” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “PAT.”

Additionally, the Company announces the launch of its new and revolutionary NForce CMR1000 concealed weapons detection system, which employs an innovative, radar technology that autonomously recognizes signature identification patterns of prohibited items such as guns or knives prior to their entry into monitored areas.

Company CEO Martin Cronin states, “Our motto is also our goal: ‘We aim to Deter, Detect and Defend against random acts of senseless violence in our schools, offices, shopping centers, transit stops, theatres, nightclubs and anywhere else innocent people work, live and play.'”

Mr. Cronin says the Company’s technology counters an ongoing threat to public safety. “It’s time to make soft targets hard without impacting citizens’ rights and freedoms. We believe, as do many others, that NForce promises a practical solution to prevent many violent acts that can lead to loss of life, and we plan to deliver on that promise.”

The Company recently held a successful pre-launch industry event during the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Conference in San Diego, which featured former US Secretary of Homeland Security Tom Ridge as keynote speaker. The invitation-only event, which was well-attended by Chiefs of Police and other law enforcement officials, provided the Company with a prime opportunity to garner NForce product interest as well as high-level feedback from leading members of the domestic and international public safety sectors. Inspired by the response, the Company has further accelerated its efforts towards product evaluation trials, documentation and marketing, all of which will ultimately support a commercial sales launch anticipated for the second half of 2017.

Currently, the Company’s NForce CMR1000 covert concealed weapons system prototype development program is continuing to lead towards a fully integrated alpha demonstration product. Preparations for a series of upcoming field studies employing real-world threat scenarios will include the participation of several leading Canadian and U.S. commercial and public sector partners, which will help evaluate NForce alpha product performance through Q1 2017.

Operationally, NForce utilizes an onboard digital library of patterns or “signatures” of known weapons and related threat objects. This proprietary library is designed to automatically grow via regular software updates across installed device networks. The Company is very pleased to note that agreements with key law enforcement partners has led to an extensive influx of weapons data, which will help ensure the first NForce product to market will deliver a high-grade threat assessment capability unlike anything else available today.

The Company is also pleased to report considerable fourth quarter momentum with regards to execution of its strategic plan, and is consistently delivering on its product and market development milestones.
